Kingston Police seek assistance identifying break and enter suspect.

**Update**

The Kingston Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter. The suspect has been identified and was arrested on May 3, 2024 without incident by the Kingston Police.

A 34 year old Kingston individual was charged with Break and Enter, two counts of Mischief and two counts of Breach of Probation. The accused was transported to Kingston Police Headquarters and later released with a future court date.

Kingston Police seek assistance identifying break and enter suspect.

 

The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a break and enter at a local construction yard.

 

On April 25, 2024 at approximately 6:15 p.m. the suspect entered the yard, located on Lappan’s Lane and proceeded to steal several items which included the cabling to various pieces of equipment. The suspect left the yard on a bicycle with an attached trailer.

 

The suspect is described as Caucasian, wearing a red hooded sweater, a black coat, black gloves, dark Ecko Unlimited brand pants and black boots. At the time of the incident the suspect was wearing a dark colored face covering.

 

The suspect was also riding a dark colored mountain bike with a dark colored ‘child carrier’ style trailer attached.
